Nail Torn all the way down?

Hey there!

So I am an equestrian, meaning I ride horses. I was riding and hit my nail on my saddle(I wear acrylic over my actual nails). It started to bleed and I can tell that my actual nail has been ripped up almost all the way back to my cuticle. I was wondering what I should do. I am earing a finder splint as well as a bandaid. Thanks!
