I also got that email. In another group I follow, someone else said they already received an email to interview the first week of May. The person said they submitted their application in early January, and the college said they were interviewing locals first. Has anyone else heard anything?

What group is it ?

Just submitted my application! Let’s go!

It's a facebook group called ICU dreaming about anesthesia. It's not about any specific school in general just a forum for people interested in nurse anesthesia ?.

Yeah, I just spoke with someone yesterday who has an interview this week as well. He submitted his application months ago, but he did not mention if he was local or not.

I wonder why they are moving up interviews. Especially if they are going to be held virtually. I would think, if anything, that would move them back.

I have no idea... hopefully they don't prefer domestic > import, because I'm definitely not local.

I'm speculating that they are going to look at the Nashvillians first and then decide how many non-locals to give interviews to. I hope I'm wrong.

I went to the open house back in March and they stated they didn’t give preference to locals versus out of state so I’m not sure.

I think that they’re looking at everyone who completed their applications earlier on , because those people have their GRE scores. People who applied before March have the whole package.

Ughh that makes me nervous then. Because I applied early in January too and had my GRE scores/everything submitted but haven’t heard anything about an interview ?

Dont feel nervous.. we don't know how they're doing it! just throwing out ideas. LOL. If you don't get an interview, do they just not respond?

Haha true thanks for that. But I’m not sure I think they would say if you don’t get one. I would hope at least LOL. I mean to be fair we still have a while before the application deadline closes.
