Hi,
I am in recovery and due to complete a 3 year contract with PNAP soon. I am thinking of moving to another state after my contract is finished. Has anyone moved to another state after completIng a voluntary agreement for alcohol. Self reported DUI.

Is your program alternative to discipline where after you complete it it's off your record? I don't see why it would be an issue after you have completed the program.

Yes. Nothing on my license. My enrollment was voluntary.
Then I wouldn't think it would be a problem, but who knows with these programs. Are you an NP or RN?

I am an NP
I would call the state you live in and the state you want to move to and ask their NSG board, hopefully you won’t have to repeat any of this!

To the OP: did you have any trouble renewing your NP with the credentialing body ?

I second the idea to look into the new state prior to making plans. I have heard where people have had to restart the new states' program once moving there, despite completing the first program without issue successfully. Best of luck!
Actually I completed and have had no issues at all with licensure or credentialing, although I have had to provide explanations and documentation of events.

As long as you complete the program and there are no disciplinary actions on your license, you should be fine to pick up and move to another state.

Hi
is this accurate for CA RN who has finished her probation and wants to apply for Hawaii license by endorsement?

Each state has its own requirements but I really don't think you will have any problem. I now licensed in multiple states (7) as RN and NP. I have never had any problems getting licensure. Some states have different requirements (Florida wanted a letter from a health care provider or counselor) and sometimes there was a delay getting a license as it had to be reviewed I think you'll be fine. You can always apply to be sure before you commit to a job or move.
Good luck to you!
