May 2, 20197 yr Hello everyone I am just starting a thread to see if anyone else plans on applying to Mountain View in the fall for spring 2020. Or anyone who goes there how many points should I strive for to get into the programs. Hope to hear from y’all.

Oct 31, 20196 yr I think I can post a link to a folder in my Onedrive account and make it available for a little so you can download the PDFs'. Let me make sure that I'm not encroaching on any of the rules on this forum by doing that real quick.lol for real, you can save so much by dipping into the Central Supply room probably. It's so much money bleeding out of our pockets before the start of the semester. Yes, I am pretty sure you will need a stethoscope but that's my own assumption. I bet they will advise on that during success camp. Best thing to do is look on amazon and shop the reviews. I purchased one a while back so that I could get used to using one.
Oct 31, 20196 yr Soooo I can't post anything that shares possibly copyrighted material nor my own personal information. Just send me a personal message on here and we'll swap emails. I'll send you a link that way.

There are classes that are only 5 weeks and 6 weeks with the same amount of information to digest and also the same amount of coursework to be completed. While I will be working part time during the program I think MVC is the best option. I have decided to pursue MVC. Also I heard that some faculty members at Brookhaven are too uptight, recording the lecture are not even allowed, even laptop computers are not allowed not unless the course uses an ebook.Hey @AspiringPsychNP! Would you be willing to share more information about the Brookhaven nursing program's schedule? You said that it is too fast-paced and I kind of wanted to get an idea of what that means. If you don't want to re it here on the forum, can you inbox me a private message with more details? Thank you!!!

Thats why I said it is too congested for me, I need to work while in the program at least part time

I have to work too and this is concerning. I know those who worked and made it but gosh its really difficult.

It isn’t an absolute requirement to buy expensive learning materials anymore but I understand the need for unified information due to the book specific exams. Although quality learning generally depends on the person in regards to learning material and what works best for themselves personally. I’ve acquired a few books while trying to get a head start on our foundations semester so I was hoping that I only needed a handful of the books on the book list. I‘m going to play it by ear so that I can minimize spending. I bet there will be quite a few times that last minute things will pop up that we will have to pay for during the next 2 years. I have a few versions of the Fundamentals of Success & RN NCLEX Saunders test prep on pdf if anyone wants a copy; for anyone that wants to start working on answering nursing questions early. I'm interested in the PDF files of the material you've. Saunders for the NXCLEX I was told is the bible for nursing. What do I have to do to obtain the files? Here's my email [email protected]. Thanks.

Nov 8, 20196 yr Does anyone know what all goes on the Success Camp? What do we need to pay? classes? fees? ect. Is it paid that day? I just want to be prepared. Thanks in advance.
Nov 11, 20196 yr I think the camp is mostly to give us all the financial breakdown and the student expectations for the next two years of our lives.Realistically and honestly, they shouldn’t make it rain school fees on us at one time and expect us to pay it all on the same day without any warning. We will probably get order forms/information for our scrubs, classes, liability insurance, test exams, etc as well as the deadline to obtain/pay for these items. lol hopefully anyways. Excited to meet you all.
