Mountain View Spring 2020 application.

Hello everyone I am just starting a thread to see if anyone else plans on applying to Mountain View in the fall for spring 2020. Or anyone who goes there how many points should I strive for to get into the programs. Hope to hear from y’all.

Has anyone gotten a confirmation email back from the nursing director after emailing the acceptance on Oct. 31 as was required? Just curious if I'm the only one who hasn't heard anything back. Thank!

You need to definitely email C. Schultz. There were a few emails that were sent out after the acceptance letter.

keep us updated on how it goes!

They didnt even mention if we have access to a microwave. I guess a sandwhich it is ?

? I know! I was hoping they would at least offer pizza or something simple bc there isn’t a lot of restaurant choices in that area.
Cold sandwich & veggie snacks will have to do.

That sucks. I know that area well (my grandmother lives near there) and the closest restaurants are down on Cockrell Hill and illinois. By the time you get there and get back they would probably be starting the seminar again. :(

I think most campuses have a Subway. I know at Brookhaven & N.Lake does.

It was nice meeting you all during the success camp!

Following items needs to be obtained or done before the first day of class:

1. School ID

2. Uniform

3. skills pack

4. White shoes

5. Stethoscope

6. Watch (with a second hand)

7. PB cuff

8. plain scrubs

9. Penlight

9. Must have read Chapter 1, and done all the med calculations.

Am I missing anything?

Ummm... just the scissors I think.

Don't feel too overwhelmed yall! It goes by SO FAST! I'm in first semester now and at first it felt like it was going SO SLOW and now I can't believe it's almost over! Your skills packs will get delivered to school by the 2nd or 3rd week, uniforms take a little longer. Books are usually available to get and receive about 3 weeks before class starts. Prepare to FOCUS.
