Today was one BIG STEP for me, I tried Mosby CAT test. My cardiac rhythm was high I shacked all and I tough "My GOD please don't let me to see that I am totally stupid and after so many hours of learning I can't respond correct at answers from Mosby CAT. I need a sign from you dear GOD, let me to know that I can do it, that I can pass Nclex".
After 50 questions I was totally agree that I am the BIG stupid person from the all nurses and may be is the time to change my carrier and put NCLEX away and I start to cry . And I still continue to respond from questions because I was so curios to know how stupid I am.
CAT was stopped at 75. Overall report: 92% probability to pass, difficult level 0.190.
Please, somebody who knows the interpretation of test can tell me... I have any change to pass real NCLEX with this CAT score?
I really need your opinions. All of you are my support for NCLEX. God bless all nurses!

The way I read it is that you have a 92% chance of passing the exam. Not too sure about the difficulty level.

Im not sure how to do a link. But if you put Mosby CAT into the search function--there was a similar thread. You may find the answer there.
I did the CAT a couple of times and always came up with a different answer. But I didn't really rely on that. In school we did ATI. ATI told me I had a 91% chance of passing the boards. Well I failed the first time. Did it the second time without any issues.

Now I don't know how reliable is Mosby CAT and for that I asked you, but only think that I make me happy is that after Suzzane review (Saunders 100 questions per day) the Mosby Cat show me 92% chance to pass. So I truly believe in my heart that the Suzzane goal was done! If I passed or not that depend of to many factors but the base was done: a good NCLEX review and a 92% change to pass the exam.
Everything can be happened in the NCLEX day exam ( a bad mood, a night without good sleep, some cramps, anxiety high level) and of course that you can faile but important is that after Suzzane's review WE HAVE A CHANCE! All others conditions depends of us and of GOD.
Good luck to everybody!

From what I understand, & all I have read about it.....Mosby Cat ia a good predictor of your ability to pass the NCLEX. Forgive the typos & spelling...I have been up all night & I am too tired to care! Good luck to you & have faith in yourself.

I think Mosby Cat is out dated, questions are from 2003, I had a 94% chance of passing with mosby, and I did pass with 75 questions, all the best.

Mosby said I had a 99% chance of passing & the difficult levels were at the top end of the scale & I passed with 75.
I even asked on a thread I made here if anyone had got a high % chance of passing on Mosby & gone on to fail N-CLEX & no-one here said they had.
So go into the real thing & ace that beast! You know you can do it, just keep your wits about you!

Thank you all of you! I will continue my preparation until 2-3 days before my exam I will pray and I will hope that will be OK for me and for all of you also.
Regarding password and ID, I bought Mosby CAT and I received in my mailbox a little box green and pink and inside a piece of paper with my ID and my password. Hope that can help. Call them if you have inquires related ID or password.
