I've been an LVN for 4 years, I live in south Texas & the last job I had was in corrections making $21.30/hr. I probably could've fought for $22/hr.

I work in NM in a LTC facility. I make $23/hr+ $1/hr shift diff. I have nearly 8 years experience. I work with another LPN who makes $27/hr (she only has 4-5 years experience). They pay pretty good out here in the middle of no where.

LPN homecare usually pediatric block hours, some adults. Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I make on average 23.00 an hour. Shift and weekend differentials have been a thing of the past. I care for highly involved individuals mainly trached and ventilated. We are told our pay depends on what insurance the clients have. I have well over 15 years in this type of nursing and have seen benefits, pay and respect change for the worse.

Full and part time employees when're I work make $18 hour, but PRN so I make $21, and any time clocked before 6am and after 6pm is $25 an hour. Most LTC facilities around here pay in the $18 hour range. I worked for a VERY short time at a doctors office which I decided wasn't for me. They paid a measly $14 hour.
