Hi everyone! I need to find scrubs with a 37" inseam. I've checked some websites but the "tall" is a 30" inseam, and i cant seem find any that go over that...thanks in advance!

Sassy scrubs will custom-make your uniforms for you. The basic drawstring pants are $25. For $5 more, you can get an elastic waist put in. Normal inseam is 29 inches, but for $5 more, you can get up to 38 inches.

The reason I know about all this custom-sizing stuff?
I have a 25 inch inseam!

Do a Google search. There's plenty of companies for special sizes.

How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm just curious because I am 5'11 and my inseam is 34".

I'm 5'11" as well and my inseam is 34-35. Presently in school-scrubs which are Landau and they are plenty long for me. (they're 'tall' size for xtra length). I notice several catalogues I get in the mail with scrubs offering tall sizes.
I'm 6'4" and the scrub med pants are great. I like them really long and they are the perfect long, coming down way past my ankles...No high waters! Plus, when I sit, they do not hike way up my shins, like some other pant scrubs might. Also, men's scrubs don't fit right right, and these scrub med pants have all kinds of sizes 0-2, 2-4, etc, so you don't have to wear XLarge to be tall. I am pretty slim, so the 2-4 was still pretty baggy to be appropriate for work, without swimming in them. The size charts are accurate, so try out a pair.
In the meantime, while waiting for those, I ordered a couple of pair from
www.scrubscanada.com. They are nice, but the scrubmed.com are the best. Below is one pair of scrub pants detail to help you with the ordering. Happy shopping!!!!

Thanks guys for all your help - I'm 5'10" but ALL leg. I work at a tech school and am a receptionist now, but i will be switching my hours and working as a lab assistant for the Medical Assistant program we have at the school, so NO MORE PANTY HOSE!!! Thank you lord! I figure since I have to be in them all day they better be long - nothing bothers me more than high water pants!!

Just a different suggestion....maybe try to find a pattern and make your own...get good enough and you got yourself a big time business!!!!!!!!! :)
A lady at the ALF I was working in was a seamstress and when we had to wear uniforms..she found the approprite and quality fabric and made them custom for all of us...since most of us were women...she catered to front size and tummy size!!!!!!!!!! That was soooooo cool! And she didn't charge much..so we tipped her big to go along with a custom job elsewhere!
Oh it is so nice to have a fitting scrub top or pants (she did tops only) when you have to have the V-neck as part of the uniform (my larger fronted gals were popping out when they bent to take VS..not something we wanted!!!! It was embaressing!!!!!!!!!!!)....

I'm only 5' 10" but am all legs too. I absolutely hate it when I sit down and my scrub pants "ooch" up and expose my shins! Brings back memories of being in junior high and having to wear flood pants to school because I couldn't find anything that was long enough.
I've noticed that most of the tall scrub pants seem a little short, so I let out the hems and face them with matching hem tape.
The scrubs I'll have to wear for school don't come in tall sizes, so I may just buy one extra pair and use the fabric in it to create some extra length at the bottom of my pants. May not be a perfect situation, but I can live with it for a couple of years.
I have found two styles of tall scrub pants that I do like:
