I was waiting for my ATT along with my classmates. We were told it would be a week, well a week came and went. I called the State BON and asked if all things were in order wondering if something was missing and thats what was holding up my ATT. Lady checked and noticed that 1/2 of my info was in one place the other 1/2 in another, and both "places" were pending sending the ATT until they got the other 1/2..LOL. She got it all together, she also asked me to contact my classmates and have them call her directly so she could get them all out.
My ATT arrived via email literally 10 minutes after hanging up with the lady. And 30 seconds after opening that email, I set up my test date for my NCLEX.

If it has been more than a week, I would call to check on it. Good luck.
who is the "state BON" and how do you find them?

My school gave us all the paperwork we needed and i sent it in to the BON, and signed up with pearsonvue the same day. Once both parties had all payments and information i got my ATT. I sent it over night on a Thursday and got my ticket the next Wednesday. If you havent sent anything to your BON you're not going to get your ATT. Call your school.

State BON is the state board of nursing that you applied to, links to state BON's can be found at the bottom of the page. You also need to register with pearsonvue as they are the ones that will send you your ATT
