Lbcc spring 2020

I was surprised to see no one has started a thread for this semester. This was my first time applying for nursing school—anyone else?

Haven’t heard anything at all about alternates. Was hoping to hear something when we took the TEAS but I guess we just have to wait.?‍♀️

Hey, I am an alternate as well, and still have not heard anything! They have been very vague about everything. All she told us at the information meeting was to be "ready". We have a crappy position because we are expected to pay for uniforms, castle branch stuff, CPR, insurance etc and have it uploaded to castle branch by the 24th, but yet we may not even get in. Its such a gamble!!

Yes! I still haven’t heard anything either. Got an email from Marc saying that there’s no such thing as a tier one alternate like Sigrid said in the meeting. I personally don’t feel like paying a ton of money for a “maybe.” I’ll try again next time! I’m applying to Golden West College today and I’ll reapply to LBCC.
