Are you talking about the diagnostic test? If so, 63% is a decent score!
Ummh its the cd from the book NCLEX rn strategies, practice and review 2011-2012 edition. I dunno if its the diagnostic test, its not yet the course on demand thing. What do u mean decent? i mean, how?

I have the book as well although I have not gone through the questions yet. I thought the cd has 2, 250 questions. Anyways, have you started studying content at all or you just took that test to see how you are doing? I believe if you study content in addition, you will be well rounded.
I havent studied the whole content yet in my saunders. I just studied the kaplan book and finished it last week. Just tried the exam to test myself.
Are you doing the Kaplan review course (as I thought you were) or just a Kaplan cd with questions? I thought I read you were about to start the On Demand stuff.
Read through your course material. I took Kaplan's course and getting scores in the 60s was a good thing. Assuming this strategy book is the same way, you're not going to get 90s in them.

I had actually just passed my nclex for the fourth time with 75 questions. I had used kaplans nursing review online course..Very Very highly recommended, I also used the book that you have, and the cd test is more to see how your content level is, those qustions are for content, not a diagnostic score to see if you will pass. The review is more for application and analysis level questions that are needed to pass the nclex. If you need help or have any questions I will be so glad to help. I know I needed it and anything could help me. Kaplans was wonderful, obviously I wasnt using the right material because I take it for the fourth time, and passed with 75, I believe that was kaplans and a different attitude.

What did you do differently this time?
oh wow. That's good to hear! Yeah ill be taking the kaplan course by APril and hopefully do good to it, i will also supplement is with saunders for my in depth review.:) Thanks! INclude me in your prayers. :)
I will definitly do that!! Trust me I know how it feels...Kaplans was wonderful..I did the online review, not too sure about the on demand. I would really stay away from saunders, Kaplans has a content review actually with the online review..They talk about all of the sections on the nclex in their review and its all on video. They explain everything in there. I completed like Isaid everything they offered on there. I would take notes, review my notes. Every test, and qbank question I answered would review the rationales and go over the steps of the decision tree, no matter if I got the question right or wrong. Thats very important to do. If I didnt understand a topic, id look it up immediately, or even if I did understand it I'd still look it up. Select all that apply questions is very important to know on the nclex, and with those questions you pretty much have to know everything about the topic in order to answer the question right. If you need help I will be glad to work with you, you can email me at [email protected].
