Kaplan Online ADN Program

Hey guys,

Kaplan has a new Online ADN program which would be good for those students with children and have to work fulltime like myself. It is very affordable and you will be sure to graduate if you do well. The Instructors are very warm and helpful. There are seminars online every week and weekly exams too. Check it out!

I think there may have just been a miscommunication when she contacted Kaplan. I talked to them yesterday and the person told me that its available in south fl but is planning to expand. Heck, maybe the person told me wrong, I'm not sure. All I know is that it would fit my situation perfectly and I hope they expand soon!

Hi, I am a Florida resident and just contacted Kaplan. The online ADN is no longer available. Is anyone aware of another online program? I am interested in becoming a RN without having to "quit my day job." Thank you!

Where in FL? FSCJ has an EVE/WE program so I am still working my "day job"!

QUICK! Someone lend me $30K and I'll move to Ft. Lauderdale.

I know online works for many but not for me. I actually find it more work than a face-to-face class.

The program is not 30k

Ooh, how much is it???

The program is 20K for people who don't have any of the pre-req's or gen-ed courses completed. I have a bachelors degree plus went to medical school so I had everything completed. My job is paying for my tuition. I chose to do online because I would have to quit my job if I chose the traditional route. With any online class you are actually doing way more work than a traditional class.

Does anyone know of any online RN programs in Ohio or one that is online and then lets you set up clinicals in the area you live.

Wow, thats really not bad at all! I have all but 2 done, so it would be less for me. I really hope the program moves to my area! That would be great for me with 2 kids

Just so you know: I chatted with a Kaplan rep today, who told me if anyone has any questions about their Nursing program to contact Sue Kim at 954-512-6465 or [email protected]

Hope this helps! Going to try to get into the program myself - will keep you all posted on how it goes.

Okay I just did the Kaplan online chat thing, and the woman told me that no online program exists...and when I told her I have talked to people who say they are in it she said it's impossible b/c there is no such thing and the only thing they have online is a medical assistant program
