Just finished UWORLD

Published

Hello,

I just finished UWORLD with an average of 57%, I wanted to know what you would recommend as the next step I should take? I have less than 2 weeks till my exam, is that a good percentage going into the exam?

Thank You

Go to your incorrect list and do 76-150 questions a day until your exam.

read and understand why you got those questions wrong

Do the questions again right or wrong read every rationale.

Do the questions again right or wrong read every rationale.

I was going to do the the wrong questions and than start doing all the question after I completed the wrong questions.

Seems like you have a real good game plan....Good luck

I agree with the others about redoing the wrong questions, but I would also redo questions from some of the lower % subjects as well.

I loved Uworld, got 61 % average at first try.

I had completed Uworld questions and studied a little using Mastery app when I prepared NCLEX. I passed it after answering about 90 questions. Uwolrd is really helpful and very similar to NCLEX.

However, I would recommend that you find more practice tests about pediatric and maternal or study more contents about them. I felt not prepared well about those topics when I took NCLEX using only Uworld. There were a lot of questions about infection control precautions and prioritizing that you should be prepared well by studying Uworld.

I have been doing the wrong questions first and than I do some using all of the questions, right and wrong. I feel like I remember the questions and the answer I chose previously. When answering only the questions I got wrong I get around 50% percent right and read the rationals. When answering all the questions right and wrong I get about 80% and when I choose the right answer I remember what the rational was, I am thinking about purchasing NCLEX Mastery App to get more questions as I tend to remember questions from UWORLD but I only have about 1.5 week till my Exam. Anybody recommend anything, should I continue to do all my wrong questions or start doing new ones?

Even if you remember the wrong answer recite the rational on why it is right and why the others are wrong while you are answering the question. Do it out loud if you can. That worked for me.
