It is official

Today I registered for classes for pre-nursing For the summer semester! Now all I have to do is start applying for my financial aid! Woot!

Summer classes are:

Intro to Nutrition

Human Growth and development

Human Biology

    I am in my first semester of pre-requisites. It's exciting and scary all at the same time. I have always wanted to do this, and now that my children are finally old enough, I have jumped in head first.

    Thanks peeps! If everything goes well I will be finished with my prerequisites by the end of the 2016 spring semester, and will hopefully be in nursing school by the 2016 fall semester at VTC (Vermont Technical College) What is cool about this program us that after the first year you become licensed as a LPN, and then you finish the second year to get your ADN :)

    Kinda bummed that I didn't get the Pell Grant this time :( but at least I qualified for a good sized student loan (I have never taken out a student loan before) so that should all be set inn the next couple days.

    Anyways in the fall semester I will be taking A&P 1 along with applied math concepts and elements of microbiology (yeah, that semester is going to be rough ) my last semester will be A&P 2 and introduction to Phlebotomy I chose the Phlebotomy class because I was told it would be good to be a nurse that can actually stick a patient lol.
