I am a RN case manager. My company does not have any LPN's, 3 full time and 3 part time RNs. I have been seeing between 40-45 pts a week for the last 6 weeks. I would not mind if it was this heavy here and there but things are not lightening up and no end in sight. I have been working 6 full days a week. Are all companies like this? I have been in HH for a year now. I guess I should look for another job. I have been having alot of breakdowns lately, it is not good.

How long are you going to continue to post about the same thing? You've asked this same question, in various ways, multiple times over several months. If you don't like your job, find something else. It's much easier to find something while you're still employed. Not all home care agencies are the same and you won't know until you try something else. Get out there and look. :)

No. All companies are not like this. Some people go for days, weeks, or months without work. It depends on the company, how they maintain their business, and how they treat their employees.
