IRSC ADN Program Spring 2012

Hello Everybody!!

I'm applying for the 2-year ADN program (starting Spring 2012) and thought it would be helpful to start a thread and conversate with other ADN hopefuls!

I have nearly all of the pre-reqs completed (except for Chemistry) with all A's and 2 B's, and I'm also currently studying like a mad woman for the NLN exam, which I will be taking in the next month or so.....It would be great to hear back from other applicants (and students already in the program) to see how my stats (and others) match up.

    Hey all! I have heard from a nurse that was teaching my CPR class that IRSC has an online theoretical program that you can complete and then do you clinical portion on the weekends on site. Are any of you all in that program?

    I have completed all my pre-req's and would just need to take the NLN. I've taken the HESI (scored 100's across the board) and the TEAS as well. I was in a BSN program in NY at LIU but had to leave due to some family things going on back here in Florida.

    I'm a little anxious to get back into nursing school and get my degree finished up but want to do something more flexible since I have two kids.

    I was just wondering if I have a slim chance of getting in for fall 2012, my total points are 196? Has anybody gotten accepted with points in the 100's

    I applied for fall 2012 with 250 points total. Do you think I'll get in? I made 152 on my NLN. Hopefully I'll get a letter in the next 3 weeks! Good Luck to all who applied!
