Pay will vary depending where you work and whether unsociable hours are included. I work part time with no unsociable hours and take home approx 1587 euros a month

Also remember to take into account the cost of living! Pay in £, $ or Euros makes no difference unless you compare what your costs are. At present UK nurses can't even afford to get a mortgage on a house in 95% of the country! Also London is officially THE most expensive place in the world to live - try it on a nurses wage!! (luckily my husband earns enough)
