I just want to thank you all for your advice and discussions. I love this site and it brings me comfort and answers when needed. Sometimes I just need someone else's perscpective or a friendly ear to listen while I vent. This site is therapeutic for me and I thank you all sincerely.

It's nice to have a place to come to with people who are so knowledgeable and so willing to share their experiences and such. I had a week from hell on the floor this week, and it was nice to just come here and read posts and see that I am not alone... and that it's Ok to be a student and not have it held against you.
