Have you looked at the the sites others have posted on the forums for assistance? I hope you won't give up.
When I took Anatomy for the first time, years and years ago (have to take it again before applying), I was able to get together with some of my classmates for assistance, especially before the final. It really helped. Another person I went to a lot was my TA for the lab, he was extremely helpful when I couldn't get things figured out.
Hang in there.
There was a site that I used.It did help me a lot.Right now,I want to say,Forget it.But
I am not getting any younger (47) and I want to be an LPN.
I feel like my axons are not myelinated

Do you have any friends in the class you can hook up with to study? Are you taking it at a community college or a university? I don't think I would have done near as well as I did if I'd of had to take it at a university. Do you have someone at home you can have quiz you on your notes? Have you tried making notecards/flashcards?

What particular issues are you struggling with? I still have my notes and would be happy to forward them to you if you think this would help. I had a terrific instructor. Just let me know.

Niali,
AP can be a bear to get ahold of. It is a lot of information for anyone and I have friends who struggled terribly through it. Several had to take it twice so the first thing you have to do is NOT go the first day of class already feeling defeated. I know that sounds like an impossible thing to do but you have lots of people here who will help. I also have my notes from my AP I and II and have sent them to lots of students here and would be MORE than happy to send them to you. They are easy to follow and understand. I am attaching one here from Chapter 1 so that you can see how my notes are. If you are interested in getting the rest you can send me a private message (touch my name above and a little box opens..touch private message) and send me an email address I can send them to. CHIN UP. It will be ok. If you need any further help I am more than happy to help.

My college does anatomy and physio seperate...and good god do i remember the days of anatomy. I ended up with an 88% in the class after spending at least 15 hours per week in the lab going over stuff. Yeah, a B+ isnt FABULOUS, but I worked HARD and honestly for that grade. That class drained the life out of me, but I learned a LOT about the body and myself! I learned that I can do anything I put my mind to and no intimidating class is going to stop me.
Lock yourself in the lab or library and STUDY til you drop!
Wishing you the best.
