I graduated in December. Here in Oregon, you get your ATT once the OSBN recieved our application and fee. I sent them both at the same time and recieved my ATT about a week later. My friend who graduated with me never did recieve hers, and called NCSBN and they sent it, so if it's been more than 2 weeks, I'd suggest you do that. This is not a busy time of year for them so it shouldn't take very long. Good luck on boards and thanks for the congrats. Write anytime if you have more questions.
