This is the review book that I used.

http://www.amazon.com/Saunders-Comprehensive-Review-NCLEX-PN-Examination/dp/1416000526/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1247287354&sr=8-3

and I used these too.

They really helped me get the hang of how to understand what the question was really asking. It takes a little while to get the right frame of mind to understand the question. I would just hide away for 1-2 hours a night to study. I had to make myself go back and study the sujects that I knew that I hated and couldn't get the hang of. It is easy to learn the stuff that you like, not so much with the stuff you don't. But I figured that I couldn't really tell someone that I was caring for "sorry, but that wasn't my best subject, so I just don't know." Don't try to cram, just slow and steady progress. It is so much easier to retain the information that way. Just find a way that works for you. ;)

thanks

Do the quizzes in the book and also on the CD. If you have an area you do not do well in then review tha chapter in the book otherwise just concentrate on questions and rationale

I tried to do 1-2 chapters a night. I got through about 50-75% of the book. Mostly just try to read over the pyamid points. I tried to concentrate on the systems and areas that I knew I had problems with. I did the test questions and then read the rationals, even for the ones I got right, just so I knew that I was focusing on the right things. I made sure to know the normal ranges of the lab values and electrolytes.
