I passed :)

I passed with 75 questions!

Here is what I did and when I left the testing center I knew I had passed :)

I did the Saunders Q's from the CD (I didn't even use the new edition) and reading every single rationale, reading parts of the Saunders book that I need to brush up on, and I also did quite a few of the NCLBS review questions. I'm not sure how many questions I did exactly but at least 2,000. Some days I did no questions, other days between 50-100 questions. I felt that I had a good knowledge base going into the test--both from nursing school and Saunders rationales and book.

I didn't think any of the questions were any harder than any of my review questions honestly. The real NCLEX questions are not much like Saunders....but the Saunders rationales are so good and they give you what you do need to know for NCLEX, so I highly recommend it.

I had virtually all priority, infection control, and drugs. I had a LOT of SATA, no dosage calc. I had no other alternative format questions on my test.

Good luck!!!
