Saunder's Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN is the only one that I recommend.

Saunder's is good, but as long as you dedicate yourself to studying and use the materials you have to work with you'll do great!

I prefered Mosby's Flash Cards....Make sure that whatever you study, they have rationales. Work as many questions as you can. I liked the flash cards, because I could take them with me. I would remove like 25 at a time and put them in my purse. When I was sitting somewhere, I would whip them out and work on them. I need over 1000 questions by the time the NCLEX came. It was very helpful. Good luck!

Like HappyJax said, rationales are a must. I think that it would be pretty pointless to study without the rationales. Be sure you understand each rationale behind an answer.

Best of luck to you!
