I Got Accepted!

YES! GOD is amazing! I received my letter today and got accepted into the 2-year Associate Nursing Program! Well, I still got to have a drug test, physical, and vaccines record, and a background check. I am a tooty good pants and have no criminal history or never did any drugs in my life. I also applied to the LPN just in case if I didn't get into this program. But I won't know if I got into that program until next week. Then I have to debate the pros and cons, which program I want to go into. Any advice?!?

First off, congratulations on getting into nursing school! If you know you want to eventually be an RN then I would stick with the 2yr program. If it is feasible, of course. If there are factors that make you question your decision then write down your pros and cons, pray about it, and make a decision from there! Good luck with your nursing journey!

Congratulations.

Congrats!

I agree with the PP. If you want to eventually be an RN, you might as well get it done.

Congratulations!!!

I'd personally stick with the 2-year RN program.

I would go to the RN program. If you go to the LPN program and want to be a RN in the future you will have to take the boards twice.

Congrats lady!!!!

Thanks everyone! I got my acceptance letter to the LPN program and I decided to go with the RN! It's more expensive but I think I can handle it!
