I failed..........

:scrying: :scrying: Hey everyone, I failed the NCLEX. My heart is hurt but I know I couldv'e studied harder for that test. So now, I start back at square 1 turning in my paperwork and sending the fees off again. I have one question: do I have to wait 45 days after I took the NCLEX or 45 days after I got my results to take my test over? good Luck to all other waiters out there!!! :( :sniff: I'm going to have a drink. LOL:biere: :bluecry1: :banghead:

It'll be okay, Shantae. You can always try again. ;)

If you survived the trials and tribulations of just getting through the program, then you can survive anything.

:yeahthat: I definately agree with that!

if you think you can do better.. you're probably right. have a drink.. shake it off and start again. don't let it get the best of you. focus, take your time. best wishes :)

sorry to hear that you failed i did too but the only thing that i can add is that i knw exactly how you feel i am using this book called the exam cram the isbn#780789732675 you have to order it from borders and it is 30.00 it takes about 1 week to come in. sorry that you didn't make it on your first try. you will get it on the next try. good-luck!!!

Hey i know exactly how you feel. I found out yesterday that I failed my NCLEX also. Easter Sunday! It really sucked. I was really in shock. I know I worked so hard throughout nursing school and I had the job that I really wanted lined up for me to start next week. But today I got myself together and sent my application out again so I can retake this thing in 45 days. I also found out that the hospital will hold my position until then. So I was very excited. So, just keep your head up...and things will fall into place. My problem was that I made myself so nervous over this thing and looked way too much into the questions. I am going to try the Kaplan course and try and stay calm and focused! Anyway, good luck!
