Has anyone tried the Hurst Review Online? I have failed NCLEX three times and am considering this review.
Any thoughts?

I took hurst live review two weeks ago and it's just like the online review. It is very helpful!! The instructor is funny! The things she says to remember the symptoms and systems is 100% helpful!! U r going to love it!! The way they put everything is like why didn't we learn it that way I'n school to remember! It's going to help u! If u put ur all into this review ur going to 100% pass the next time! Good luck! I'm using my hurst review book to study and using the Saunders review book as well to compare! Let me know how u do! And remember once u know ur content u can answer any question!!

It is a very good source to review from if you have troubles with reading things out. Follow what she preaches in the lectures, but also review test questions.

Hurst Review usually gets good recommendations from those who have used it.

I took the live Hurst review during spring break and did the supplemental review after I graduated this May. It was really good. The instructor says things to help you remember important info and gives you some good tips. I took my NCLEX-RN today and I had some questions that focused on some of the things she mentioned! (things that I probably knew at some point, but dumped when we got into critical care nursing lol!) I haven't got my results from the NCLEX yet, but I was cut off at 75 questions and I did the PearsonVue trick and got the "pass message". So at this point, I am assuming I did pass. Also, about 20 of us took the Hurst review and so far all of us that have tested, have gotten cut off at 75 questions and PASSED! I studied pretty much from the Hurst booklet and didn't really study too much from the NCLEX practice books, like Lippincott and Saunders, but our school required us to do 100 NCLEX practice questions every week....so I was kinda burnt on those anyways... GOOD LUCK to all of you future RNs out there!!!
Lucky you we had to do 100 per subject questions so it could have been 500 by the end of the weeks as in questions. But whatever got us to finish. Recommend hurst to others and study study. wITH THAT SAUNDERS OR WHATEVER BOOK IS PART OF YOUR STUDY HABITS. IM IN VA SO WE DON'T DO THAT pop up trick. I took mines in may and passed.
Study study hurst and saunders or whatever material you have all about core content.

Love the hurst review. Im studying content from hurst and using Kaplan for questions( our school purchased Kaplan for us and i bought hurst on my own ). So far my scores on the question trainers have been in the low 70's. Anyone else take both reviews and pass nclex?

I used Hurst alone, honestly I barely studied apart from that review (I did the online one). Passed first try. Would highly recommend it. I didn't do thousands and thousands of questions. I think I would have gone mental. But kudos to those who learn that way. :)
