How to cite a journal article within another journal

I'm writing my term paper and I'm stuck on how to cite a journal article within another journal article. It is a psychiatry journal article within a nursing journal. I have no clue how I'm supposed to cite this. Do I use just the nursing journal or just the psychiatry journal or both?

Look up the cited article and then use that in your references.

I sometimes use this website to help format my citations, you may find the answer on their site somewhere, they have alot of information on the site. Son of Citation Machine Good luck!

:::in editor role::: you can't. the proper way to cite an article is to look it up in the original and read it, to make sure it says what the person who cited says it does. often, surprisingly...it doesn't. you can't rely on secondary sources, because doing so often results in errors being passed along in the literature.

ok, i went back to the database to look at the article and found a cite button and it says to cite the nursing journal. now my question is how do i cite it in text if there is no authors names?
