OP, so here's how fate will have it. You'll go to a nice quiet place at home with your phone at 9:58, then finally call at 10:00. You get voicemail. You wait an hour, call back, and get voicemail. Then, you call the nurses station, and the unit secretary says, oh, the NM is in meetings all day.... so it goes, LOL, am I right?

You soooooo called it.

I called at 11am! Finally fell asleep at 4am and woke up late! Ugh! Left a voicemail, and will call back at 2pm if I don't recieve a call back. Hopefully thats not annoying/too eager/etc
