Hostile work environment

I really don't know how to start and where to go. All of you know the story with my super duper work environment and my American coworkers nurses who yelled up to front "you will going back in your country", American jobs for Americans! Now the thinks started to become, worst and worst. I addressed the issues to HR. Work environment became hostile, poisoned ! Need to be out f there. Accountability on medical acts, none nada. If you dare to ask, is a problem, if you don't is again a problem, one hand cover another hand and both of them cover their ***. Who is accountable of something....nobody!

Easy life, no responsibility, big money, few hours.... American dream, looool!

Asked for some measures to be done, because is an unsafe to work in these conditions. Nada. If I use my PTO until they will find a measure is wrong if not and ask for leave of absence is again wrong and I could be dismissed. Catty nurses hung up together, Zuzi is a target, we know Zuzi she is not going to the church, we know her she is not with our colors also, she talk to much, she think to much, she is not like us, she is on AN....... not Zuzi here!

How you deal with something like that? Someone was worked before in a hostile work environment created by purpose to make you to resign???:(

Zuzi, take care of yourself. There's just no reason for that kind of hostility. Document and keep records of everything. Like some of the other posters have said, don't let them get away with this kind of treatment. They'll do it again to the next nurse. Good luck.

Don't take it but certainly don't stay there. Move on and do your good somewhere elsr. You owe that to yourself.

Also check your state laws. Many have laws against workplace violence-physical or verbal. I agree with all of the others too, xenophobia is a crime! Could descrimination be any more blatant!

What do you do when it is not a JC Hospital but CMS?

The EEOC accepts complaints for everybody regardless of certification etc. Discrimination and bullying is a problem. If it wasn't why have the poilicies in place to prevent or discipline it? Stop, Fight, Win. Should be a mantra for this stuff.

Talked today .... NO MEASURES! Everythink is the same like before...they force me to come back in the same hostile environment or to fill leave of absence, but NO measures will be taken to protect me! No ones care about what was happen there and with me there! Depositions was taken to people who builded that freak environmment. If I will going back the hositilities will start again with the same persons, if I will fill leave of absence, nothing will be change, much more by policy, they could not be agree to restart to work after leave of absence. I asked to be transferd on another place, are not agree, , no, no, no! Is a huge big misery in all this story.

I am soo down and soo alone in here. I could not see any resolutions, where to go, to talk with who...... yes they act like a clique...because they are!

I am not a fighter, I don't fight, I refuse to fight, I am a peacemaker... and...they don't.

They state "like us or against us" no middle path...OMG where i am...????

By them decison they straightening again the hostile environment. If somenthing like that is tolerated here at this level...

And why... because I am not like them...

Their paradise is not for me ......
