Hello, I have made an honest mistake of answering the question in Northern Marianas Islands NCLEX application form "Have you taken the NCLEX?"...I shouldve encircled the YES answer but if my memory serves me right, I encircled the NO answer. I took the NCLEX (California) last may 2009 and unfortunately failed it.
What is the implication of this mistake? Can I call BON Northern Marianas Island to confirm?
I am desperate.

I would call them and tell them so they don't think you are trying to hide something
I am thinking of the same thing also, I am just afraid that they would deny the application because of this. :-(...

Hope for the best, Gilas. Tell them you made an honest mistake. That may not even realize that until you bring it up. As the saying goes, honesty is the best policy. You just do your part.
Thank you Hadassah16...
