    Hello, I have made an honest mistake of answering the question in Northern Marianas Islands NCLEX application form "Have you taken the NCLEX?"...I shouldve encircled the YES answer but if my memory serves me right, I encircled the NO answer. I took the NCLEX (California) last may 2009 and unfortunately failed it. What is the implication of this mistake? Can I call BON Northern Marianas Island to confirm? I am desperate.
