Shay, I think it's wonderful to hear that a highschool student wants to be a nurse and you've already got an area of interest! My friend is an oncology nurse and it sure can be emotionally draining and tough on the heart. But if you develope a love for it then you'll be perfect for it! Feel free to post questions and browse the Oncology forum here; there's lots of great information in it.
