Hi everyone,
I am currenly holding a Wisconsin RN license and I would like to obtain a MN license, I am just wondering if I still need to take the MN board exam in order for me to obtain MN RN license?

To obtain a license in a different state you will need to apply to them. You don't retake the test. Go to MN's BON website and it will tell you how to apply for a license when you already have one. At the very least you will get a phone number to call for information.

NCLEX exam is a national exam, there are no longer any state specific exams. Once you pass it, then the results are good for all fifty states as well as US territories.
You still need to go thru the endorsement process and meet the requirements for the new state.
