i am international nurse, and i do not know what to study for drug calculation for nclex rn. i gratudated 5 years ago, so i find it difficult to study again all dosage calculation. my question is it enough to study the basics only? i have saunders and there is basics only? please help

My guess would be just know your formulas and you should be fine.

here is an excellent link to review for math problems for NCLEX.
I also have the Saunders Comprehensive Book and I think it only has basic computations so I used these links to review. You must also know how to compute via Dimensional Analysis. :) Good luck!!

I would go over the basics that you find in any review book. If you really want to work on them to get confidence, go through your drug calculations text from school or buy one if your school didn't use a separate drug calculations text. There are several to choose from. Good luck.
