I have a great NCLEX-RN book by FA Davis called Client Management Leadership Success: A Course Review Applying Critical Thinking Skills to Test Taking (Davis's Success Series). It is about $20 or you could just browse it really in Barnes and Noble. There are really short chapters that explain things very clearly and made things just click for me instantly. There are also questions and a CD full of questions. I have all the books in this series but this one in particular helps tremendously (me anyway)
