Help finding examples of soap notes

HELP HELP ! :yeah::yeah:

ANYONE KNOW WHERE A LINK OR PDF FILE....ETC. OF A PERFECT (WRITTEN WITH ALL NORMALS) SOAP NOTE???

IN A GRADUATE PROGRAM AND NEED TO FIND A SOAP NOTE (WITH ALL SHORT HAND DATA) FOR NORMAL VALUES

BUT DIFFICULT TO FIND ON THE INTERNET.

.... OR JUST A WELL WRITTEN SOAP NOTE TO FOLLOW... ANYTHING COULD HELP AT THIS POINT

    Look at the H&P in a patient's chart. Most will be written in POMR format (essentially a SOPA note).

    Found this... hope it's helpful, don't know if you are gonna find a filled in SOAP ?! if WNL there's nothing to fill in. Do you mean a quick "H to T" WNL nurses note? I could throw a WNL one down once my antihistamine wears off :lol2:
