Hi and Welcome

There isn't a quick way to get into the US would suggest reading the stickies on this forum as would be easier to get in as RN you will have to register with CGFNS and depending on where you are going to live will depend on what is required from CGFNS

Good luck

You definitely do not want to come to the US and work as a caregiver and then expect to change over to an RN when you pass your exams. It doesn't work that way, and you will be stuck with that contract for several years. Plus you will not get paid at the same rate as an American with that, on a tempoary work permit the emplyer does not have to pay you the same.

And the issue is trying to get a visa as a caregiver, almost impossible right now.

Please read the stickies at the top of this forum and let me know if you have any more questions. There is no short cut or fast route to be done, attempting to do so, will backfire and cause you many problems later on.
