Specializes in Cardio.

full time or part time or doesn't matter??

thnx

The program is designed to be completed in one year, but can be VERY stressful. It really is individualized depending on your general education classes. Some people take 1-2 years depending on the general education requirements they have coming in. I'm not a student there. I'm just going by what I've heard and read on the site. There are threads about them here.

Also you must have ONE year experience working as a LPN.....part time or full time DOESN'T matter. I hope I helped answer your question.

Did you apply to helene fuld as yet?

not yet.:crying2:

I have all my prereqs done at my community college and got accepted there but will be an evening program and 4 to 5 days/week so doesn't work for me at all.

But I can not apply at Helene Fuld yet because I don't have the experience. I have a great job which doesn't pay much but helps me to study that's why I asked if at Helene Fuld they want 1 full time or part-time year of exp. as LPN.

Did you go there??

On one of the threads here regarding Helene Fuld, I've read that some exceptions have been made regarding LPN working experience (some is better than none) - why don't you just schedule an appointment with a councelor there and see if you can be admitted. Sometimes, if they don't have enough students, they might accept you. Wouldn't hurt to ask or try.
