hair up or down?

I have an interview coming up and it is just a screening interview but if I make it past the initial interview I have a shot at my dream job. So just a little pressure here  It might sound silly but I keep wondering if I should wear my hair up or down? Any advice on screening interviews would be more than welcome as well. Thanks!

Personally I'd wear it however you feel you look more appealing unless it is one of the now popular super long hair extension styles down to your elbows like soap opera actresses are sporting in which case I'd neatly pull it up. :)

If you tend to play with your hair when you are nervous, wear it up or pulled back. My previous CI who is an Acute Care NP had her daughter who does a LOT of hiring come and talk to a few of us about interviewing. Her daughter gave us some wonderful advice. One of the things she said that I realize I do, she said people will wear there hair down but they get nervous and constantly put hair behind ears or twirl it and stuff, she said they don't even realize they are doing it but that it is extremely distracting. So she advised us if we have a tendency to touch our hair at all to put it up or wear a nice headband or pull it back.

I think it is going up in a pony tail for the interview. They also asked for a photo so I took a pic with hair down (looks better) for that one. Covered my bases lol :)

I always wore my hair down for my interviews and that was never a problem!
