H1-B visa

Published

hello..

i have attended a meeting with an agency who offers H1-B visa to nurses. they told us that H1-b visa are not for nurses but for PT and etc...

but they can petition nurses provided that they won't go there as "nurses" rather as researchers.

whats the truth behind this agency? they also said that it only takes 3months-4mos. with a placement fee of 300,000pesos. thank you.

Here, you can read more about what you are inquiring by clicking this link:

Filling for H-1B starts on April 1, 2008 for fiscal year 2009 which starts October 1, 2008 to October 1, 2009.

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

and even if filed looking at previous figures the visas where all gone in hours

Run from that agency, what they are doing is illegal. They cannot bring you in as researchers if you have no experience in that area to start off with.

Next application opening date is not until April for the October 2008 start, so there is no bringing you over in three to four months. They cannot skip the normal processing time.

Save your money, there should never be any fee charged like that to begin with. Can make you one guarantee that you will never see that money again.

They are making up lies to get your money and they need to be turned into the US Embassy in Manila. Let them give you their opinion on this wonderful company. It will help close them down.
