Thank you! On probation I did great, no issues. But I did relapse while doing CCT, which is the alternative to discipline in Illinois. Now I have it on my record.

Thanks guys! It was a long road. From beginning to end was about 5 years. I had random drug screens for 1.5 years in cct then 2 more on probation. One year of suspension in between. At times I felt like giving up. Now I'm looking forward to growing again in the profession.

So very proud of you! It truly takes commitment and strength to get through these intervention and probation programs. You have worked hard and I wish you all the best!

Congratulations! I have 150 days to go!

Hey. Did u ever have any problems on probation ? Like get fired, or have an employer write a bad review on you? I got fired last month - nothing alcohol or drug related though .  I have a new job now thank God

No. I have not gotten in trouble or been fired from a job. I have just kept my head down, follow the board order. It will be 2 years in May with the same job.

There is someone that had a DUI and still finished NP school, I believe they were in PA

does anyone in mississippi, or anywhere know the process of being relieved of your board orders once probation is complete?  My probation officially ended March 17, 2021 and I have not heard what to do next.  I was told to continue to follow my orders until I hear something from them.  I have been completely compliant for 4 years, and am ready to put the drug testing and check ins behind me.
