I'm currently a CNA at an ALF and I LOVE my job, love the residents, and love love love my shift... 7-3. I've always been more of a morning person and have no problem getting up in the morning- not to mention that my work is 5 minutes away, which is a plus. I'm switching to the 3-11 shift in a couple weeks to cover for a girl on maternity leave for a couple months. I am very very sad to have to leave my shift
I know I might sound like a baby but I have gotten very used to working with the day nurses and other day CNA's and we are all a great team and always help each other out.
SO, all of you 3-11 people out there, can you tell me what you love about your shift? I've never worked 3-11 before and I'm just wondering if any of you prefer this shift. Thanks. :heartbeat
