much quicker and better to petition parents once you are a US citizen.

DS230 come from NVC and nothing to do with VSC. All VSC does is make sure you meet requirements of US immigration and only for named person. ie I have VSC as peition is in my name but husband does not need it.

once you have aplied for and got job offer I140 is filed, depending on which service centre it ends up in depends on time of approval but both are taking over 6 months and you hav no choice in which centre you end up at. Once you get approval your file is transferred to NVC. Once a visa is available a visa fee bill is generated and once paid for they will request DS230 which includes all going to the US ie immedicate family like husband/wife and children. This is packet 3. Once complete your file is then sent to the embassy in your country and interview date released.

I got married after i submitted my nclex papers. Would it be questionable if in my nclex papers, my civil status is single and then in my visa, it'll be married?

I'm planning to bring my husband along once i get to the US. What papers do i have to go through?
