Okay so my friend just took the NCLEX and failed, she had a lot of cardiac rhythm and medication questions, she said she felt like it was really hard and she is telling me this, I have been studying but now I am feeling unprepared and freaking out. She always did good on tests in class. I have been using Uworld and studying alot, but I fear since it's been so long I wont pass any advice.

Try not to listen to your friend. You will probably have different questions than what she had...

I agree with the previous poster. The test caters to your own strengths and weaknesses. Also, I found that the tests in school greatly differed on the nclex. Cheers for UWORLD. It's a great tool for studying NCLEX questions.

If you asked 100 people on this site "How hard did you think the NCLEX was?" You would get answers from super easy to incredibly difficult. It all depends on the test taker's knowledge base, preparedness, ability to answer NCLEX style questions, ability to control their stress. I thought it was relatively easy and passed at 75. If I were to take it again and had a series of questions in mental health or Maternity and the test kept going beyond 100 questions, I probably change my answer to "stressful and difficult"

My only math question was my only fill-in-the-blank. No cardiac rhythms...THANK GOD!!!
My NCLEX was very easy, although I was becoming rather ill with the SATA. Just 2 of those is one too many in my book. I was done at 75 questions as well.
Hopefully your friend is not deliberately trying to shake you up. You mentioned waiting too long. How long has it been exactly? Just curious...
