FSW SPRING 2020

Hello!!

I'm creating this forum to keep in touch with upcoming nursing students interested in applying to the FSW 2020 nursing program. How many of you have taken the TEAS and are ready to apply?

I hope this year the offer the ANEW program for spring 2020 since last year they did not take any applications for the ANEW program.

I'm looking forward on hearing from other future students...

So the $799 Lippincott Coursepoint for Nursing Concepts v3 Standard on the Lippincott direct website for Spring 2020 FSW students is the exact same bundle as the Custom labeled $999 bookstore bundle?

I already purchased the discounted Standard bundle from the Lippincott direct website (which came to $856.04 with tax) and I'm confused about activation. If I activate the bundle will it start shaving time off of the 36 months access? Is it better to activate it now to have access to the books?

It seems to be the same. I looked up the isbn fsw provided and the description from the Lippincott website (the main website) is the exact same as the description for the books on Lippincottdirect. It comes with access to 6 books, prep u & Lippincott advisor so I think it’ll be the same as the fsw bundle. I went ahead and activated it just so I could have the books downloaded.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, I purchased it as well and it’s the same. The institutional code will be given to us the first week of school. I also activated my account and will be accessible until December 2022 (which is more than enough time).

Anybody nervous about next week?

Extremely. Just trying to enjoy the time i have now, but I’m also excited

That’s how I feel. Nervous, excited, enjoying this break.... I just can’t wait.

My paperwork says I have Orientation at the lee campus on 1/3/2020 but I’m a Collier ANEW STUDENT. What does everyone else’s say? I’m concerned I’m not supposed to go up there ?

For orientation purposes everyone will be meeting at the Lee campus.

Ok. Awesome. Thanks so much!

You’re welcome. Did you receive a follow-up email with the address/map of the Lee campus?

I did not ? did you guys? All I received was initial email with the Acceptance package that mentioned the mandatory orientations. One on 1/3 and one on 1/31.

Lee campus is the main campus so everyone will go there for one big orientation. That way everyone gets the same info.
