FSW Fall 2015

Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. I started thread for FSW but it is full with spring applicants. So I decided to start a new one for this upcoming fall.

Who is joining me next fall in nursing?

I plan to apply for Part-time or Lee full time. I have one more semester of pre-requisites. I am taking A&P 1, Micro, College Algebra and Nutrition. Kill me now. :arghh: lol A full time semester of craziness but almost done after that hopefully with pre-requisites with the exemption of A&P 2 and a humanities class.

I plan to take the Hesi in mid Feb or march and retake if needed at the end of April. Schedule has been posted and I plan to study a lot this winter break. So excited but so nervous.

    I had my drug test and fingerprints done this morning.

    For those of you still needing to complete them, here's a little FYI-- Most of the locations for the drug screening you can walk in between 9-3 with the exception of their lunch hour (the one on Santa Barbara in Cape is closed between 12 and 1). I scheduled my fingerprinting to be done at noon today at the UPS Store on Cape Coral Pkwy, but I went there at 10:30 and they were able to complete it then.

    You just print out the form and go to one of the locations provided. You can't schedule a drug screening, it's walk-in only.

    This might be a silly question, but in the email it said we have a registration deadline. Does that mean we must do our drug test and fingerprints by next Monday or that we must register/make an appointment by that date? Thank you!

    My husband is printing out the drug test form today, I work tomorrow, so I will probably get that done Thursday or Friday.

    There's a form to download on the certified profile site, it's under "take your drug test".

    You have to be registered for the test by that date. But remember, you can't register for the drug screening.

    Let us know if you still can't figure it out, and I'll try to help by posting picture of where its located :) It was confusing to me at first as well.
