I am so lost on the HESI thing. Is it due now or by 9/30 (I definitely do not have $565 just hanging around). And the instructions make no sense. I don't see what were suppose to be paying for on how to find it.

Hi all! I read that for the physical it tells us the doctor has to fill out the health form on castle branch but I can't find the form anywhere. Does anyone know how to get it?

When you click on the physical, it will expand down and let you click download for the form. Part you complete. Part the doctor complete.

In the documents? There is no section for the physical, there's medical records but nothing for the physical

Does anybody know what is Elsevier HESI Assessment?

Why do we have to pay for it?
