Joe, hope you have a good morning.

Not much going on today.  Hope to catch a sunset later and make it to the gym.  Feeling a bit tired today.  

Stopped by a vegan deli and got a bagel, steak, egg and cheese sandwich and it was really good.

Here is hoping that everyone's goes better than you expect! It is overcast here and threatening rain. It got up to 88 last night and very humid, and hasn't cooled off much. But it is supposed to cool off by this afternoon. We are going camping for the weekend, so I packed as much as I could last night. Youngest ds is leaving early with our travel trailer, and his sister, the grandboys, and the dog. Dh and I will join them after work. The place is only about an hour away, near a lake.

Work is weird. We are packing up for an office move in 2 weeks, and I am sorting and tossing a lot of old papers and binders full of downloaded reference material. Our health officer/TB doc said she doesn't want any of it in her office, and very nice, OCD coworker is heart-broken. She is a bit of a hoarder, and she will pick up and thumb through things and reminisce. But our doc looks everything up online. 

Ooh, that sandwich sounds wonderful. I have been thinking about rejoining a gym, but I really need to reign in costs. The estimate to fix my dryer is going to be an additional $250. Ugh. Still cheaper than new. 

Joe, I can understand stepping away from the vestry meetings. Good for you for participating. The Roberts Rules just seem so cumbersome, and it seems like people will argue and argue about motions and seconds and nothing gets done.

Ado, you seem to have a full plate at home and work. I hope you can get some down time this weekend. 

Hang in there NoStars! I saw a video this morning of a golden retriever puppy in a pink flamingo float ring, and thought of you! 

A day of  grocery shopping (2 diff stores), pharmacy (I didn't pick my script up on time so they put it back and had to re-fax for another order for it.), bank, post office, gas station, home.

Hubby griped all last evening, AND again this morning, AND on the phone to me while I was shopping, AND before and during supper. All of it was about stuff I already know and was the one to straighten out. And the evening is not over yet.? I was with him at the doc's office but he feels the need to tell me the same things over and over and over. He really is confused! When I say, "I know," he says, "How do you know?" {{{{{ DUH! ? }}}}}  So far I have been amazingly calm, but boy-oh-boy, I think I wish Monday was already over with, even MORE than hubby does!

Another ballgame tonight with a different team. Both Nannie and hubby are napping now, and I have instructions to wake up hubby at 6:30. 

I hope when he gets OFF the booze his memory is a bit improved. Right now he is like Nannie, with all the repetition. GADS!

We're forecasted to get about 3 inches of rain between Sat evening and Tues morning. We'll have some roof leaks at the hospital. Hoping the power stays on. But goodness we do need the rain. 

I didn't hear back from the lawyer so can't do anything until Monday. Hubs is still pretty adamant that we shouldn't even try. That's just not who I am, I guess. *sigh*
