Fresenius CAP RN program raise?

I have been working at Fresenius for almost 2 years and at my 2 year mark I can submit my CAP project to become an RN II. I'm just wondering if anyone has completed this program, what the percent increase was for their raise and how long it took to get it? Fresenius moves very slowly. I'm on the market for a home and just want to see what I can generally expect

I heard it's 50 cent an hour

Yes 50 cents. I did it 2 years ago.

I am wanting work as a dialysis nurse for Fresenius. How much is the starting salary for RN with a few years of experience (4years, geriatrics and home health), but no dialysis experience? and is there a raise with every certification earned?

Pay is depending on dialysis experience. When I was working for Fresenius, my manager said no pay increase with certification. It may be different with other managers. Overall Fresenius is a good company to work for.

it will vary by location

Actually certification itself doesn't get you a raise. Certification is a needed portion for a CAP 3 raise, so yes and no. You do get a raise with each CAP level and it varies. BTW, CAP is going away in September and being replaced by another program, so waiting on the details with that

Until I see the new program metrics, I can't say. CAP is officially out at the end of this month. Our educators aren't saying anything, so I'm still in the dark. I'll post details when I know.

But generally right now with CAP, levels are 2-3 years in between advancement.

I didn't know that was going away. But then that particular program I never was overly excited about anyway. I remember when I first started that was one of the many company benefits/programs I reviewed and I thought it seemed like potentially a lot of work for a pretty small pay off. The only thing I really remember was that natural job progression would get me to that CAP II level which they expect from all RN's, after that level was reached progressing further was optional.

I'm curious to see what they are replacing it with, if there's been any announcements I've missed them so I'll have to keep an eye out going forward.

New program to replace starts 9/1/20. Still no details from corp or educators. I'm curious as well

For me, the cap 2 raise is 5% of hourly rate. For me, it was $2.25. It guess it does depend on location after reading some of these posts.
