freaking out! Got the neutral pop up

hi everyone, just took my nclex-pn today and my pop up was that my test results were on hold. im thinking its because there computer system was faulty and i could not get my fingerprints taken! my test cut off at 86 and i had about 10-15 sata, and one ordered response, no math and my test ended with an exhibit question asking about a questionAble doctors order. i could tell my test kept going up and down as far as easy to really hard but i don't know how i did. has anyone else had the "neutral" pop up if so how long did it take for results?

depends in what state you trying to get license and those who have quick results.

did u pass?I have never heard of a neutral pop up they must of figured out what we're doing and changed things up:no:

From the NCSBN re results on hold:

"What is the process for investigating candidate examinations put on hold for statistical reasons?

Exam results that exhibit unusual statistic patterns will be placed on hold for further investigation. Exam log, item response time, answering patterns and video recording at the test center are carefully reviewed for the score hold cases to ascertain validity of the exam results. Once validity of an exam result is established, the held score will be released to the appropriate board of nursing and subsequently to the candidate.

How long does a statistical investigation take?

The statistical investigation process generally takes only a few days. In complicated cases where additional inquiries are necessary, the process may require additional time. Once the statistical analyses are completed, NCSBN staff will work with the candidate’s state board of nursing to determine next steps."
